Shipping and return policies now play a large role in purchase decisions online.

If a customer can’t quickly find the shipping and/or return information for your products, they will quickly leave your site for another that does provide this information up front.

Some purchases depend on how soon customers can receive an item. Communicate estimated shipping times clearly so your site visitors don’t have to root around to find them.
