Course overview

Watch it on your schedule

Come away with a target account list, a campaign orchestration template, and practical personalization workflows to launch smarter ABM campaigns across channels, all supported by AI workflows.

SESSION 1

Build your ABM list with AI

Learn how to target accounts that are ready to convert.

Most ABM lists are built backwards. They start with demographics instead of revenue data. It’s easy to waste months targeting accounts that look right but will never buy.

This session will teach you how to use AI-supported analysis and twelfth’s modern ABM methodology to build your Target Account List (TAL) in days, not months. You will use your actual customer data to find patterns and then segment by revenue potential.

In this session, you’ll learn how to:

  • Reverse-engineer your ICP using AI pattern recognition: upload your CRM data to AI tools to identify ICP patterns
  • Create “marketable audiences” with AI clustering: find the intersection of signals that will inform your segmentation
  • Build AI-powered account prioritization: score accounts by likelihood to convert based on ICP fit
  • Use AI for buying group mapping: identify decision-makers and influencers using job title analysis and org chart mapping
  • Deploy AI web scrapers: collect and analyze prospect and account data to train your AI tools

Outcome: A ready-to-use spreadsheet template with sample column data that will allow you to build your first AI-driven ABM target account list.

SESSION 2

Multichannel ABM orchestration with AI

Turn your ABM list into orchestrated campaigns that work together.

Having the right accounts is step one. Step two is using AI to orchestrate personalized experiences across channels that are intentional, not random. Most teams run disconnected messaging that confuses buyers instead of guiding them.

This session teaches AI-powered orchestration using twelfth’s ABM methodology of coordinated marketing and sales activities based on priority signals and AI-assisted content.

In this session, you’ll learn how to:

  • Use AI to personify segments: analyze ICP data to build personalization templates
  • Deploy AI for content personalization: develop campaign editorial guidelines that feed inputs to AI tools to generate personalized content for different personas, channels, and buying stages
  • Multi-thread with AI: use AI to craft personalized outreach for different personas within the same account
  • Multi-channel personalization: use AI to create content at every stage in the funnel for every channel, including ads, emails, and sales enablement

Outcome: A campaign orchestration template to help you design your first ABM sequence that connects your target account segments to multi-channel plays.
