AI native marketing | Live workshop: Campaign engine with a quality gate
Build the campaign workflow that checks its own output before you do.
Emails, blogs, social, enablement and sequences generated from one input, each traceable to a source and scored before a human sees it.
- Build a brand voice profile from work you have published
- Score every asset with a matrix that rejects weak output
- Decide where a human signs off and where the system runs alone
- Restructure a brief so a workflow can act on it
- Force source attribution on every claim the system generates
Replaces: The generic first draft, and the reviewer who catches what AI made up.
Workshop date: Tuesday, 13 October 2026 | 4 PM CEST / 9 AM CDT / 2 PM UTC | 90 minutes

Volume was never the bottleneck. Trust is. A campaign system you cannot trust at scale is just faster manual work.
In Wynter’s January 2026 panel of 100 B2B marketing leaders, the content and creative engine was the function they would most like to outsource or automate, named by 46%. The same research gives the reason they have not: it has to clear their quality bar first.
Most marketers can already generate ten variants in a minute. Very few can tell you which one is publishable, and fewer still have a system that decides it for them. That gap is why AI-generated campaign work keeps getting rewritten by hand.
You leave with the engine running on a brief of your own, a scoring matrix tuned to reject what you would reject, and an explicit line for where a person signs off.

Part 01: Extract brand voice from published work
Adjectives do not constrain a model. You pull voice patterns out of the work you have already published and turn them into a check the system applies.
- Build a voice profile from published work: sentence shape, vocabulary, structure, and the things you never say
- Turn the profile into a check that scores a draft rather than describes an aspiration
- Outcome: A brand voice file and a working voice check
Part 02: Build the campaign workflow end to end
You build the engine itself. It starts with a brief the workflow can act on without interpretation, and ends with a full asset suite where every claim traces back to something real.
- Restructure a brief as workflow input, then lay out the repo so prompts and skills are versioned rather than pasted
- Wire the workflow: brief in, then emails, blogs, social, enablement, and sequences out
- Retrieve from the proof library you built in week one, so every claim cites a source
- Outcome: A full campaign generated from your brief, with citations
Part 03: Repurpose one finished piece into every channel
The highest-leverage input is not a brief, it is something you already published. You take one finished piece and let the system produce the whole channel set from it.
- Pick the source piece and mark what has to survive the repurposing intact
- Generate the channel set from that one asset, with format rules per channel
- Outcome: One published piece turned into a full channel set, voice-checked
Part 04: The scoring matrix, and what fails loudly
A gate that passes everything is not a gate. You define the criteria, hand the scoring to a model, and make unverified claims fail loudly instead of slipping through.
- Build a scoring matrix across voice, claim support, structure, and offer clarity
- Implement it as an LLM-as-judge rubric, then calibrate it against assets you would reject
- Make an unverified claim fail loudly and block the asset, rather than warn and pass it
- Outcome: A tuned rubric that fails the work you would fail
Part 05: Where a human has to sign off
The last question is the one most teams skip: which decisions never get automated, and how the system hands them back.
- Map the sign-off points: claims, pricing, positioning shifts, and anything customer-facing at scale
- Design the handback so a reviewer sees the flag, the reason, and the evidence
- Outcome: A documented sign-off model your team can follow
What you need before you start
- You should be comfortable with: running campaigns and reading your own performance data. No coding needed.
- You do not need: prior Claude Code, n8n or GitHub experience. Every build starts from a template.
- A paid LLM account, Claude Code preferred, plus free GitHub and Miro accounts.
- The Monday prep in the app, matched to your level by the quiz.
- Any other tool is explained live, with alternatives. You are not locked into one stack.

“How is AI affecting the role of a marketer? I have seen this question asked a hundred times and rarely seen a credible answer. CXL ran a webinar this week that actually delivered one.
It had a bit of a cold shower effect, just data and a clear-eyed look at where things are.”
Growth Experimentation | 500+ A/B Tests
“CXL changed my life. I’m not exaggerating, it actually did…
I got so deep in the content that a year later, in a completely unexpected turn of events, I was hired by Speero. Boom. Easily a 50x ROI right there.
CXL doesn’t mess around. They prioritize quality over quantity to make a real impact on your career.”
