AI native marketing | Live workshop: Marketing insight and reporting agent
Get the weekly read without five dashboards or an analyst.
An agent that reads your ad platforms, GA4, CRM and email, then posts one weekly summary: what changed, why it matters, what to do about it.
- Pick metrics that change a decision instead of describing activity
- Tell a true dip from ordinary noise before you act
- Set what the agent never decides without you
- Pull every source on one schedule with no manual export
- Shape the weekly summary so it names a decision, not a number
Replaces: The weekly report you build by hand, and the analyst who explains it.
Workshop date: Tuesday, 27 October 2026 | 3 PM CET / 9 AM CDT / 2 PM UTC | 90 minutes

Scaled AppSumo’s paid growth engine from $7M to $90M. Helps you fix tracking, lower CAC, and grow paid acquisition.
Most marketing reporting tells you what happened. Almost none of it tells you what to do next.
In Wynter’s January 2026 panel of 100 B2B marketing leaders, operational efficiency and infrastructure entered the top three priorities for the first time, cited by 40%. Manual weekly reporting is exactly the kind of work that priority is meant to remove.
The data is already there. It sits in Google Ads, in Meta, in GA4, in your CRM, and in your email platform, and every one of those tools reports on itself. What is missing is the layer that reads across all five and says which of this week’s changes matters.
You leave with the agent running, a metric set that resists vanity, and an explicit line between what it decides and what it hands back to you.

Part 01: Metrics that are not vanity
An agent reporting the wrong numbers just automates a bad meeting. You start by cutting the metric set down to what changes a decision.
- Separate the metrics that drive a decision from the ones that only describe activity
- Set the benchmarks and thresholds the agent measures against, per channel
- Outcome: A defined metric set with thresholds, ready for the agent to read
Part 02: Connect your platforms to the agent
You wire the data in: ad platforms, GA4, CRM, and email, pulled on a schedule with no manual export.
- Connect Google Ads, Meta, GA4, your CRM, and your email tool through APIs and n8n
- Normalize the data so spend, pipeline, and engagement can be read side by side
- Outcome: A scheduled pull running across all your sources
Part 03: Tell a true signal from noise
Most weekly reports treat every wobble as a finding. You build the logic that decides what deserves your attention.
- Set the variance rules that separate a genuine anomaly from a normal week
- Catch the slow slide a variance rule misses, where four flat weeks are the finding
- Handle the traps: seasonality, small samples, and attribution lag that mimics a drop
- Outcome: Anomaly and trend logic tuned against your own historical data
Part 04: The weekly summary the agent writes
The output is the product. You shape what the agent says, in what order, and how it shows its evidence.
- Structure the summary: what changed, the likeliest cause, the recommended decision
- Tie a change to its cause: releases, campaign sends and spend shifts on one timeline
- Force the agent to state its confidence and cite the numbers behind each claim
- Outcome: A weekly summary posting to Slack or email, in your format
Part 05: What the agent never does alone
You finish by drawing the line. Budget moves, campaign pauses, and anything customer-facing come back to a person.
- Map the decisions the agent recommends but never executes
- Build the escalation path so a flagged anomaly reaches someone who can act
- Outcome: A documented autonomy boundary for the agent
What you need before you start
- You should be comfortable with: running campaigns and reading your own performance data. No coding needed.
- You do not need: prior Claude Code, n8n or GitHub experience. Every build starts from a template.
- A paid LLM account, Claude Code preferred, plus free GitHub and Miro accounts.
- The Monday prep in the app, matched to your level by the quiz.
- Any other tool is explained live, with alternatives. You are not locked into one stack.

“How is AI affecting the role of a marketer? I have seen this question asked a hundred times and rarely seen a credible answer. CXL ran a webinar this week that actually delivered one.
It had a bit of a cold shower effect, just data and a clear-eyed look at where things are.”
Growth Experimentation | 500+ A/B Tests
“CXL changed my life. I’m not exaggerating, it actually did…
I got so deep in the content that a year later, in a completely unexpected turn of events, I was hired by Speero. Boom. Easily a 50x ROI right there.
CXL doesn’t mess around. They prioritize quality over quantity to make a real impact on your career.”
