Three stages: collect competitor data, detect changes, send an alert.

The n8n workflow. A competitor input feeds scrapers for the website, Meta ads, and Google ads. The workflow then loads the previous snapshots, compares them, saves the new snapshot, and checks for meaningful changes before sending an alert email.

  1. Collect competitor data

    Enter a competitor. The template scrapes their website, Meta ads, and Google ads. Each source is optional, so use only the ones you have.

  2. Detect changes

    It loads the previous snapshot, compares it with today’s, and saves the new one.

  3. Send an alert

    It checks whether the change is meaningful. If it is, you get an email.
