How the sprint works

One working workflow per workshopThree dated workshops, one build each. Not a sandbox exercise: it runs when the sprint ends.

  • Workshops on Tuesday 10, Wednesday 11 and Thursday 12 November 2026, then one month of community access
  • Enrollment closes before the first workshop. Prep comes first, on demand
  • One group, start to finish. You work through every build in sequence, and the marketing brain comes first because every later build draws from it
Prep at your levelOn-demand video before the first workshop, matched to your level.

  • An average of 1 hour a day in sprint week
  • Before Tuesday. On-demand prep matched to your level, including your AI workspace setup
  • Tue, Wed and Thu. The 90-minute live workshops. The room builds v1 together
  • In between. Build on your own data, never on your own. We are in the community when you get stuck
  • The month after. Community access for demos and support
Never stuck aloneDemo sessions, and a month in the community with us after the sprint.
Read more about how the community worksShow less
  • The community is open all week and we are in it with you, so a stuck build gets unstuck instead of abandoned
  • Demo sessions are where you show what you built, and see what everyone else built
  • Demos are where most of the good ideas come from. You leave with other people’s workflows as well as your own
  • Every session is recorded, so a missed workshop is a delayed one, not a lost one

Subject: CXL AI native sprint for our team

I would like our team to go through CXL's one-week AI native sprint together. It is three live 90-minute workshops, on Tuesday 10, Wednesday 11 and Thursday 12 November at 6 PM CET, with some on-demand prep before the first one. An average of 1 hour a day for a week. In the workshops we build three AI workflows on our own stack: a shared marketing brain, a campaign engine that checks its own claims, and a reporting agent. The workflows stay with us after the sprint. CXL has a team offer: $3,999 for the whole team, up to 25 seats on our own domain, terms apply. Details: https://cxl.com/institute/ai-native-marketer/

When is the sprint, and how much time does it take?

Three 90-minute live workshops on Tuesday 10, Wednesday 11 and Thursday 12 November 2026, at 6 PM CET (11 AM CST, 5 PM UTC). Prep is on demand before Tuesday, and you build in between with the community open and us in it. It comes to an average of 1 hour a day for a week. After the sprint you keep a month of community access for demos and support.

What exactly do I get?

Three live workshops with one build in each, on-demand prep matched to your level, a month in the community with us in it, demo sessions, recordings of everything, and four certificates for LinkedIn. You also keep every workflow you build.

What if I cannot make a live session?

Every session is recorded and added within a day, and the community carries the rest. A missed workshop is a delayed session, not a lost one, and the prep is pre-recorded anyway.

Can I get a refund?

Full refund until the first workshop on 10 November, no questions asked. After that there are no refunds, because the cost is in running the room. Your recordings and build path stay available after the sprint.

What is the working workflow guarantee?

Demo it to the group and if the build does not do what we promised, we refund you in full. Four conditions, stated at checkout before you pay: you do the prep, attend the workshops, troubleshoot in the community, and demo what you built. The guarantee rewards doing the work. It does not rescue not doing it.

Do I have to do the builds in order?

Yes, and the first build is the gate. Marketing Brain builds the context repo and working environment every later build draws from. Without it you are prompting from scratch every time, which is the thing this program exists to stop.

I am not technical. Will I keep up?

The live workshops are the same for everyone, but your prep is matched to your level. If you have never opened n8n, your prep starts at the foundation. Come with a working laptop, admin rights on the tools you want to connect, and paid access to the LLM of your choice for the heavier AI work.

You build on your own data, in your own tools, over MCP connections, the standard way AI tools connect to other software. You decide what gets connected and what does not. We teach the systems thinking, and you apply it inside your own infrastructure and protocols.

Who teaches these?

Each workshop is designed with an operator who runs that system in production, and built with CXL. Every build names who designed it, with their track record, before you buy.

What do I walk away with that I keep?

A running workflow per build, built on your own data: a marketing brain, a campaign engine that checks its own claims, and a reporting agent. Working software you use on the job, not notes and not a slide deck.

How is this different from asking ChatGPT?

ChatGPT answers questions. In the sprint you build a system: a workflow that runs on your own customers and channels, that a practitioner reviews, and that you demo working before it counts. ChatGPT will help you do a task faster. It will not redesign your workflow, or check that your output can be trusted at scale.

Is the sprint included in the CXL subscription?

Yes. The annual subscription, $1,599 a year, includes every AI native cohort, this sprint included, plus new live workshops every month and 80+ on-demand courses. The sprint on its own is $799, one off, and does not include the course library.

Can my whole team join?

Yes. $3,999 puts your whole marketing team in the sprint: up to 25 seats, on one company domain. Terms and conditions apply. Use the team offer button on this page to ask about it.

Where does the productivity curve come from?

The shape of the curve in the bandwidth section is inspired by Kieran Flanagan’s U-curve of AI productivity. It illustrates the pattern we see in cohorts rather than plotting measured data.

Do I get certified?

Yes, four times. Each of the three builds carries its own certificate, and finishing the sprint earns the program-level CXL Certified: AI Native Marketer. All of them add to LinkedIn in one click.

They are not attendance badges. A certificate is issued when your workflow runs on your own data and you demo it, on the same four conditions as the guarantee: do the prep, attend the workshops, troubleshoot in the community, and demo what you built. Watching the recordings on their own earns you nothing.
