What the last cohort built, and what they said

Demos and quotes from the community, posted in the week of each workshop.

Ken Fleischer
Ken Fleischer
Fractional CMO & GTM Strategist

“The best part was watching the engine catch things I tell clients all the time. My first brief put the $500 ask in front of cold traffic, and Gate 1 flagged it: don’t lead with the heavy ask.”

Day 2, Campaign engine

Manuela’s marketing brain demo
Manuela
Social club for people 60+, pre-launch

No customers yet, so the ICP is built from reviews, Reddit threads and US research, with every unproven line tagged.

Day 1, Marketing Brain

Alejandro Serrano
Alejandro Serrano
Co-Founder, Feral MKT

“Before the cohort, I was having issues with our chosen ICP, but the dossier exercise helped me nail it down fast. We’ve never used VS Code or Claude Code before. We’ve been running in AI-assisted mode only. This has changed the game entirely.”

Day 1, Marketing Brain

Victor’s Campaign Engine demo
Victor
B2B eCommerce platform

Sales signed off the target in writing before the brief passed Gate 1. Five review rounds took the drafts to 87% and 96%.

Day 2, Campaign engine

Fer Ledesma
Fer Ledesma
Creative Director, Feral MKT

“A brand brain built on what you can prove is smaller, but much sharper, and the voice guide finally reads like us because it’s measured from our real copy (which will change anyway), not from adjectives.”

Day 1, Marketing Brain

Ilaria’s Campaign Engine demo
Ilaria
Clinic management software

50 demo or trial requests in 7 weeks, across five channels, all drafted and through Gate 2.

Day 2, Campaign engine

Alfonso von Ziegler
Alfonso von Ziegler
Founder, Mesh Creative Studios

“Biggest learning: the review forced me to stop claiming things I hadn’t proven yet.”

Day 2, Campaign engine

Carolin’s marketing brain demo

Tested a new fractional CMO offer on her own website, using public data only.

Day 1, Marketing Brain

Fabio Benvegnù
Fabio Benvegnù
CRO Manager | Insurtech

“It will make the review process with the agency lead very focused, since you have already pointed out the issues – I basically have a list of fixes for them already!”

Day 1, Marketing Brain

Shekhar’s Campaign Engine demo
Shekhar
Practice campaign, retirement homes

The copy was fine. Nothing reached ship because nothing could be proven yet, and the review said so.

Day 2, Campaign engine

Fahad Fareed
Fahad Fareed
AI Native GTM Strategist & Product Marketer

“What I really liked about this whole exercise is the clear separation between Claude AND the user (me) to avoid AI slop by taking great measures to allow the user to do the thinking instead of AI.”

Day 2, Campaign engine

Murillo’s marketing brain demo
Murillo
Marketing agency for health clinics

Ran the brand book through it: every claim about the buyer came back tagged hypothesis or blank.

Day 1, Marketing Brain

Kerry McDonough

AI-Forward Marketing Executive

“I was in your workshop 12 hours ago. I already have a workflow live… I feel like a freaking WIZARD!”

Last cohort

Manuela’s Campaign Engine demo
Manuela
Social club for people 60+, pre-launch

A paid first dinner, to test whether older adults will pay for it themselves. All four channels reached ship after 9 fixes.

Day 2, Campaign engine

Attallah Wilson
Attallah Wilson
Marketing Communications Manager, TXI

“It caught two lines on the landing page that it had made up, things like ‘Slots run Monday to Friday.’ Nothing in the source files backed them up, so it flagged them to fix.”

Day 2, Campaign engine

Victor’s marketing brain demo
Victor
B2B eCommerce platform, rebuilt

Separated what past customers prove from who the rebuilt product needs to win next.

Day 1, Marketing Brain

Alfonso von Ziegler
Alfonso von Ziegler
Founder, Mesh Creative Studios

“Seeing that distinction mapped out has already made the business feel much more structured. It’s impressive how much clarity came out of only the second workshop.”

Day 1, Marketing Brain

Alejandro Serrano
Alejandro Serrano
Co-Founder, Feral MKT

“We now have a clear path to follow, based on strong foundations set by the workflows, created at amazing speed. Without AI, this could’ve taken me a week, maybe two, to nail down.”

Day 2, Campaign engine

The best demos get expert feedback. Our team reviews the rest.

Diane Wiredu reviews day 1, Tyler Durman day 2 and Nick Christensen day 3. Here is one of Diane’s reviews from the last cohort.

How the sprint works

One working workflow per workshopThree dated workshops, one build each. Not a sandbox exercise: it runs when the sprint ends.

  • Workshops on Tuesday 10, Wednesday 11 and Thursday 12 November 2026, then one month of community access
  • Enrollment closes before the first workshop. Prep comes first, on demand
  • One group, start to finish. You work through every build in sequence, and the marketing brain comes first because every later build draws from it

  • The community is open all week and we are in it with you, so a stuck build gets unstuck instead of abandoned
  • Demo sessions are where you show what you built, and see what everyone else built
  • Demos are where most of the good ideas come from. You leave with other people’s workflows as well as your own
  • Every session is recorded, so a missed workshop is a delayed one, not a lost one

Subject: CXL AI native sprint for our team

I would like our team to go through CXL's one-week AI native sprint together. It is three live 90-minute workshops, on Tuesday 10, Wednesday 11 and Thursday 12 November at 4 PM CET, with some on-demand prep before the first one. An average of 1 hour a day for a week. In the workshops we build three AI workflows on our own stack: a shared marketing brain, a campaign engine that checks its own claims, and a reporting agent. The workflows stay with us after the sprint. CXL has a team offer: $3,999 for the whole team, up to 25 seats on our own domain, terms apply. Details: https://cxl.com/institute/ai-native-marketer/

When is the sprint, and how much time does it take?

Three 90-minute live workshops on Tuesday 10, Wednesday 11 and Thursday 12 November 2026, at 4 PM CET (9 AM CST, 3 PM UTC). Prep is on demand before Tuesday, and you build in between with the community open and us in it. It comes to an average of 1 hour a day for a week. After the sprint you keep a month of community access for demos and support.

What exactly do I get?

Three live workshops with one build in each, on-demand prep matched to your level, a month in the community with us in it, demo sessions, recordings of everything, and four certificates for LinkedIn. You also keep every workflow you build.

What if I cannot make a live session?

Every session is recorded and added within a day, and the community carries the rest. A missed workshop is a delayed session, not a lost one, and the prep is pre-recorded anyway.

Can I get a refund?

Full refund until the first workshop on 10 November, no questions asked. After that there are no refunds, because the cost is in running the room. Your recordings and build path stay available after the sprint.

What is the working workflow guarantee?

Demo it to the group and if the build does not do what we promised, we refund you in full. Four conditions, stated at checkout before you pay: you do the prep, attend the workshops, troubleshoot in the community, and demo what you built. The guarantee rewards doing the work. It does not rescue not doing it.

Do I have to do the builds in order?

Yes, and the first build is the gate. Marketing Brain builds the context repo and working environment every later build draws from. Without it you are prompting from scratch every time, which is the thing this program exists to stop.

I am not technical. Will I keep up?

The live workshops are the same for everyone, but your prep is matched to your level. If you have never opened n8n, your prep starts at the foundation. Come with a working laptop, admin rights on the tools you want to connect, and paid access to the LLM of your choice for the heavier AI work.

You build on your own data, in your own tools, over MCP connections, the standard way AI tools connect to other software. You decide what gets connected and what does not. We teach the systems thinking, and you apply it inside your own infrastructure and protocols.

Who teaches these?

Each workshop is designed with an operator who runs that system in production, and built with CXL. Every build names who designed it, with their track record, before you buy.

What do I walk away with that I keep?

A running workflow per build, built on your own data: a marketing brain, a campaign engine that checks its own claims, and a reporting agent. Working software you use on the job, not notes and not a slide deck.

How is this different from asking ChatGPT?

ChatGPT answers questions. In the sprint you build a system: a workflow that runs on your own customers and channels, that a practitioner reviews, and that you demo working before it counts. ChatGPT will help you do a task faster. It will not redesign your workflow, or check that your output can be trusted at scale.

Is the sprint included in the CXL subscription?

Yes. The annual subscription, $1,599 a year, includes every AI native cohort, this sprint included, plus new live workshops every month and 80+ on-demand courses. The sprint on its own is $799, one off, and does not include the course library.

Can my whole team join?

Yes. $3,999 puts your whole marketing team in the sprint: up to 25 seats, on one company domain. Terms and conditions apply. Use the team offer button on this page to ask about it.

Where does the productivity curve come from?

The shape of the curve in the bandwidth section is inspired by Kieran Flanagan’s U-curve of AI productivity. It illustrates the pattern we see in cohorts rather than plotting measured data.

Do I get certified?

Yes, four times. Each of the three builds carries its own certificate, and finishing the sprint earns the program-level CXL Certified: AI Native Marketer. All of them add to LinkedIn in one click.

They are not attendance badges. A certificate is issued when your workflow runs on your own data and you demo it, on the same four conditions as the guarantee: do the prep, attend the workshops, troubleshoot in the community, and demo what you built. Watching the recordings on their own earns you nothing.
