A 6 week live cohort for marketers. Starts 28 September.
Build five AI native workflows you use at work.
One marketer is now expected to cover what used to take three. This is where you build the systems that make that possible.
- You build a context brain your AI draws from, a campaign engine with a quality gate, an AI search visibility baseline, a weekly reporting agent, and the team version of the brain.
- A 90-minute live workshop every Tuesday. You build on your own midweek, with us in the community when you get stuck. Friday you demo what you built.
- Six weeks. Five working workflows. 1 to 1.5 hours a day. Starts 28 September.
CXL has delivered courses to over 90,000 marketers. This is our six-week AI native cohort.
Build a working AI workflow every week. Without having to figure it out alone.
6 week cohort
Six weeks. Five working workflows. Starts 28 September 2026.
This is a live cohort with a fixed group and fixed dates, not a self-paced course you work through alone.
4PM CEST / 9AM CDT / 2PM UTC
Marketing Brain
You buildA context system on a GitHub repository: your ICP, positioning, voice and proof, wired into Claude Code and n8n via MCP, which connects AI to your tools.
It replacesPasting context into every prompt, and the generic drafts that come back when you don’t.

4PM CEST / 9AM CDT / 2PM UTC
Campaign engine with a quality gate
You buildAn automated workflow: one brief in, a full campaign out (emails, social, enablement, sequences) with sources and a brand voice check before it ships.
It replacesThe generic first draft, and the reviewer who catches what AI made up.

4PM CEST / 9AM CDT / 2PM UTC
AI visibility and AI-era measurement
You buildA share-of-model baseline, how often ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity name you, plus AI traffic grouped in GA4 and a citation-gap list of pages to write.
It replacesThe SEO specialist’s monthly report, which misses where buyers now shortlist.

3PM CET / 9AM CDT / 2PM UTC
Marketing insight and reporting agent
You buildAn agent that reads your ad platforms, GA4, CRM and email, then posts one weekly summary: what changed, why it matters, what to do about it.
It replacesThe weekly report you build by hand, and the analyst who explains it.

4PM CET / 9AM CST / 3PM UTC
Company Marketing Brain
You buildThe same context system customized for your team: one versioned source every AI tool draws from, with permissions and a rollout plan.
It replacesEveryone’s private prompts, and the colleague who knows where the answer lives.

- The community is open all week and we are in it with you, so a stuck build gets unstuck instead of abandoned
- Friday is demo day. You show what you built, and you see what everyone else built
- Demos are where most of the good ideas come from. You leave with other people’s workflows as well as your own
- Every session is recorded, so a missed workshop is a delayed one, not a lost one
AI makes you faster at tasks you already did. You use it for drafts and research, then hand off as before.
Your prepfrom prompting to a working context layer and environment, so Tuesday is a build session, not a tutorial.
You have rebuilt workflows around AI and deliver work that used to need a specialist. You no longer wait on a designer, writer or analyst.
Your prepskip the setup, go straight to the architecture decisions each build depends on.
You build workflows other people run, covering scope that used to take two or three people.
Your prepstart from the workflows we already run in production, and we work with you to make them better. The further you get, the harder we push.

What marketers say after our workshops and courses
AI-Forward Marketing Executive
“I was in your workshop 12 hours ago. I already have a workflow live… I feel like a freaking WIZARD!”
Growth Marketer | MBA | Product Owner
“What a great session, and what an incredible week at CXL… what I enjoy the most is this:
Being around curious minds, leaving inspired to test, putting ideas into practice. having conversations that sharpen your thinking, asking (a lot of) questions, sorry, not sorry…
The SEO + n8n session gave me a lot to think about… honestly, I feel like a machine.”
AI/B2B Marketing Programs
“Officially CXL Certified in Redesigning Marketing Workflows for AI.
A great deep-dive into building AI into marketing the right way… rethinking the workflows from the ground up.”
PR & Marketing | MBA
“How is AI affecting the role of a marketer? I have seen this question asked a hundred times and rarely seen a credible answer. CXL ran a webinar this week that actually delivered one.
It had a bit of a cold shower effect, just data and a clear-eyed look at where things are.”
Growth Experimentation | 500+ A/B Tests
“CXL changed my life. I’m not exaggerating, it actually did…
I got so deep in the content that a year later, in a completely unexpected turn of events, I was hired by Speero. Boom. Easily a 50x ROI right there.
CXL doesn’t mess around. They prioritize quality over quantity to make a real impact on your career.”
Bandwidth is the number one pain point for marketers.
Learning AI is a second job for most marketers. Join this program. 1 to 1.5 hours a day. CXL does the heavy lifting.

Your title is not the job any more. What you can build without waiting on anyone is.
More scope, less support, and no defined path. This is where you build the capability that closes the gap.

FAQ
How much time does this take each week?
1 to 1.5 hours a day, Monday to Friday, which is 5 to 7.5 hours a week. Monday is the welcome session plus prep, 30 to 60 minutes. Tuesday is the 90-minute live workshop. Wednesday and Thursday you build, with the community open and us in it. Friday is the demo session in the community. That time is not coursework: you finish something that goes into your job the following week. If your calendar cannot hold it, take the next run instead.
What exactly do I get?
Every build in the cohort, the Tuesday workshops, Monday prep, the community with us in it all week, Friday demo sessions, the prep path for each build matched to your level, the on-demand course library, recordings of everything, and six certificates for LinkedIn. You also keep every artifact you build.
What if I cannot make a live session?
Every session is recorded and added within a week, and the community carries the rest. A missed Tuesday workshop is a delayed session, not a lost one, and Monday prep is pre-recorded anyway. If you miss most of a week, take the deferral instead of struggling through.
Can I get a refund?
Full refund until the first workshop on 29 September, no questions asked. After that there are no refunds, because the cost is in running the room. You get one free deferral instead, to any future run of the same cohort, valid 12 months. Your recordings and build path stay available either way.
What is the working workflow guarantee?
Demo it on Friday and if the build does not do what we promised, we refund you in full. Four conditions, stated at checkout before you pay: you do the Monday prep, attend the Tuesday workshop, troubleshoot in the community during the week, and demo on Friday. The guarantee rewards doing the work. It does not rescue not doing it.
Do I have to do the builds in order?
Yes, and weeks one and two are the gate. Marketing Brain builds the context repo and working environment every later build draws from. Without it you are prompting from scratch each week, which is the thing this program exists to stop.
I am not technical. Will I keep up?
The Tuesday workshop is the same for everyone, but Monday’s prep is matched to your level. If you have never opened n8n, your prep starts at the foundation, and the first two weeks are deliberately slower for that reason. Come with a working laptop and admin rights on the tools you want to connect.
Who teaches these?
Operators who run the specific system in production, not generalists. Each build names its instructor with their track record before you buy.
What do I walk away with that I keep?
A running workflow per build, built on your own data. A context repo, a competitive intelligence agent, a campaign engine with a quality gate, a reporting agent, a company brain. Working software you use on the job, not notes and not a slide deck.
How is this different from asking ChatGPT?
ChatGPT will help you do a task faster. It will not redesign your workflow, tell you which one to retire, or check that your output is trustworthy at scale. That is the gap between Assisted and Native, and it is the whole curriculum.
How does the level system work?
Five skill areas, three stages: Assisted, Integrated, Native. The quiz tells you where you stand in each, and your prep path into each build is built from the gaps. You retake it when you are ready to move up.
Where does the productivity curve come from?
The shape of the curve in the bandwidth section is inspired by Kieran Flanagan’s U-curve of AI productivity. It illustrates the pattern we see in cohorts rather than plotting measured data.
Do I get certified?
Yes, six times. Each of the five builds carries its own certificate, and finishing the cohort earns CXL Certified: AI Native Marketer. All of them add to LinkedIn in one click.
They are not attendance badges. A certificate is issued when your workflow runs on your own data and you demo it, on the same four conditions as the guarantee: do the Monday prep, attend the Tuesday workshop, troubleshoot in the community during the week, and demo on Friday. Watching the recordings on their own earns you nothing.
