Are there any extra charges if I cancel during the trial period?

No. If you cancel or turn off auto-renew before the end of your trial period, the subscription will not renew and will end when your trial ends.

How much will I pay after my trial period ends?

The price you pay depends on the plan and billing length you selected as well as any other rate adjustments.

You can check the details of your subscription including the next payment amount and date from the My Account > Subscriptions page.

Are certificates issued during the trial period?

Certificates are not included as part of the trial.

Course completion certificates are sent automatically for those with an active, paying subscription. You’ll be able to earn certificates after your trial period ends and you roll into a paying subscription.

Will I be able to extend my trial?

If you aren’t able to evaluate our product within the 7-day period, reach out to our customer success team via chat.

How do I skip my trial period?

If you currently aren’t a CXL customer, you can skip the trial period and immediately start a subscription with no limits. Click here to load the pricing page with the “Skip trial” option.

If you are already a customer, you can upgrade from trial early to unlock full access. You will keep any remaining trial days you have.

Is there a free trial?

We offer a $1 trial. The small charge is used for verification purposes. You won’t be charged the full amount until the end of your trial period or if you upgrade early for full access.

What is included in the trial?

You’ll be able to access all of the course and minidegree content, the community, and thousands of playbooks and resources.

After your trial renews or you renew early you will be able to:
– View all pages with no limits; you are limited to 250 page views in the trial.
– Take final exams to complete courses and earn certificates.
– Receive course completion certificates automatically.


What is the difference between the monthly, quarterly and annual plans?

We offer three types of billing lengths to choose from: Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual. The longer the billing length, the cheaper the monthly cost becomes.

Typically annual plans are 40% cheaper per year than paying month-to-month.

What is the difference between the individual and teams plans?

Personal or Individual plans are meant for one person where teams have 2 or more people.

A team account has a few extras:
– Invite and manage people learning on your team.
– Create roadmaps for each individual.
– Access team learning engagement reports.
– Assign members to your team as managers to assign content and view reports.

What is included in the all-access plan?

You’ll get:
– Access to 90+ online courses.
– Earn certificates and add them to LinkedIn.

Can I switch plans later if I want to?

Yes. You can switch between different billing lengths at any time (Ex: Switch from a Monthly Plan to Annual).

What are the payment options available?

Most major credit cards and Paypal are accepted. If you need an invoice to pay by wire, please message our customer success team via chat for options.

What is parity pricing?

All of our products are priced in USD currency. In order to make our products more affordable, we have established a system where you can pay in your local currency using a special metric that adjusts the price you pay according to the purchasing power of your country.

How long do refunds take to be issued?

Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect back to your card/bank.

Is there a discount available?

One of CXL’s company policies is that we don’t discount. Our focus is on the product – providing the best, highest quality content with our courses.

The listed price on the site shows the best price – you can buy with confidence.

We offer pricing based on your local currency, you’ll see this reflected on the pricing and checkout pages.

Can I ask for a refund?

Yes. All our subscriptions have a seven-day refund policy. 

If the content doesn’t match your expectations, message us here. We will refund you within seven days of the date of purchase. 


How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, please follow these instructions:

– Navigate to My Account > Subscriptions
– Click the subscription you want to cancel
– Click the ‘Cancel’ button

Please note that any pricing deals or discounts on subscriptions will be lost once canceled.If you’re looking to take a break, you might want to opt for the ‘Suspend’ button instead.

How can I renew my subscription?

To renew your membership, please go to this page, “view” your active subscription, and click “Renew Now.” It’ll take you to a checkout page. Clicking “Renew Now” does not automatically renew the subscription.

Will my certificates expire if I cancel my subscription?

No. At this time, certificates do not expire.
