It’s often the perception that optimization (which should involve customer research, data analysis, and experimentation, usually via A/B testing) can only help with improving conversions. The term CRO has a lot to answer for in this sense.

However, the practice of experimentation can go way beyond optimizing websites. More advanced businesses are creating centralized experimentation functions that help teams across their business in decision making, optimization, and increasing learnings about their customers.

You are already convinced…but is your leadership bought into CRO and Experimentation?

Do you struggle with:

  • buy-in from leadership?
  • no measurement of key metrics and KPIs?
  • no development or data resources for the testing program?
  • even successful tests aren’t implemented?
  • poor ideas or test quality?
  • low test velocity?
  • affecting change in your organization?

These struggles are addressed by better program management. Understanding the principles and tools of experimentation program management will make it more effective, and fun.

You will learn:

  • What are the pros/cons for different experimentation models (e.g. de-centralized vs. centralized)
  • How to approach an experimentation operating system
  • How to incorporate research into your experimentation program
