Reach Realm is looking for an ambitious marketing professional to join our team as an Email Marketing Account Manager.

Reach Realm is an email marketing agency working with some of the fastest growing brands in the eCommerce industry. 

As an Email Marketing Account Manager you will be working closely with clients to develop email marketing strategies that will help them reach their business objectives, and lead a team of creative professionals to execute on those strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Regular communication with client stakeholders (via Zoom, phone, and email).
• Developing email marketing strategies based on client needs and goals.
• Managing a team of designers & copywriters to deliver creative required by the strategy.
• Provide feedback and direction to team members to produce quality deliverables.
• Analysing the performance of marketing campaigns and suggesting improvements.
• Reporting on results of marketing activities to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure client satisfaction with the work performed.

Requirements:

• Native or High-Level English Language Proficiency (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication, management and leadership skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience in email marketing and/or ecommerce marketing
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as Klaviyo, Omnisend, and Mailchimp.
• Extensive knowledge of eCommerce marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
